The program for our "farm to table" day
- Private pick-up at 9:30 a.m.
Your day begins with a smooth departure from your hotel, riad or private residence in a luxurious Mercedes V-Class. Your private driver will take you to a peaceful organic farm in the countryside, just 30 minutes from Marrakech. On arrival, a traditional Moroccan welcome with freshly brewed mint tea, followed by an introduction to the Moroccan tea ritual.
- Spice workshop
Learn the secrets of Morocco's most emblematic spice blends - from ras el hanout to cumin and saffron - and how they add depth and flavor to every dish.
- Ecological garden tour
Stroll through the farm's thriving organic vegetable garden and aromatic herbs, and discover the sustainable farming methods and seasonal ingredients used in Moroccan cuisine.
- Open-air cooking classes and bread-making workshop
Under the direction of your chef, you will prepare a complete Moroccan feast consisting of :
- 4 types of tagine
- vegetable couscous
- 4 seasonal salads
- 2 traditional Moroccan desserts
You'll also learn to bake a variety of Moroccan breads using traditional techniques.
- A stroll through the village
Take a short guided walk through the nearby village for an authentic insight into rural Moroccan life.
- Lunch with your own meal
Gather around the table and enjoy the fruits of your labor in a warm, peaceful setting.
- Gifts and souvenirs
Before departure, you'll receive a surprise gift from the chef, a certificate of participation and a gourmet basket filled with local organic produce: olive oil, argan oil, honey, Amlou and canned olives.
